Bras that fit too tightly can increase the chances of plugged milk ducts or breast infections. If you have chosen to go bra-less you may not need worry about wearing a bra at this point.
For outer apparel, two-piece outfits are the ideal as it allows you the most flexibility and ease to position your baby for breastfeeding.
