During breast augmentation surgery your doctor will generally make incisions under the armpit or under the fold of the breast. As the nipple and overlaying tissue is usually left undisturbed breastfeeding should offer little to no problems.

If yu experience prroblems with your implant during the time you are breastfeeding your doctor can provide the proper solution for your situation. Despite past fears rupture of silicon or saline implants have not been found to leak into the your milk supply.
